You Have a Mom Who Tries Her Hardest
I don’t know if I told you “I love you” enough today.
I have no idea if I made the right decisions today, or if I did or said something that will scar you for life.
I’m not sure if that discipline method was effective or if it will create a ripple that I’ll regret later.
You probably watched too much T.V. today and you probably didn’t eat enough fruit or veggies this week.
I have no idea if I’m doing anything right, but here’s what I do know:
I pray to God for direction every morning, noon, and night (and in between).
I follow my mom gut and do what I believe is best for you and our family. I try to drown out the noise of what everyone else is doing and what motherhood decisions others are making.
I try.
That’s the biggest one. I get up and try every day to be the best mom that I can be because that, my sweet child, is what you deserve.
So, while you may not have a perfect mom with all the answers, you have a mom who tries her hardest.
And you most definitely have a mom who loves you unconditionally and with her whole heart.
Don’t ever forget that.
